Tom started in 2002 in the Northrop Ticket Office (which is now U of M Tickets and Events). Tom’s ticketing career began as Director of Ticketing and Audience Services at Tennessee Repertory Theatre in Nashville, Tennessee. He also worked as a professional actor and, enjoyed a lengthy broadcasting career in radio and television, as well as worked for several years in the county music industry in Nashville. Today, Tom co-manages day-to-day operations for the U of M Tickets and Events office as Event Manager. His work includes hiring, training, operations, and customer service.
