Back for its second year, Pop-Up Northrop is set to make an appearance on the Mall later this month! Pop-Up Northrop, presented by University Collaborative Ambassadors for Northrop (U-CAN), provides amazing opportunities for student groups at the U to reach out and collaborate with anyone who happens to walk by. This year, there will be four different Pop-Up events. We have already decorated pumpkins with the Student Group Circle K. Coming up is a light-up memorial from Colleges Against Cancer, Little Ethiopia brought to you by the Ethiopian Student Association, and some cute notes of positivity from The Happiness Group.

U-CAN received over 20 applications for these events, and it was nearly impossible to narrow the list down! But, we did our due diligence and picked some of our favorites. We looked for groups that were especially fun, exciting, and welcoming to the entire U community. Whether you dance a little, taste some authentic Ethiopian food, or get covered in pumpkin guts, it is sure to be the most fun you’ll have while walking to class this semester. Keep an eye out for these fun activities in the days ahead, and be sure to “like” U-CAN’s Facebook page to stay up-to-date on all student events at Northrop!
