Gather the whole family for a beloved campus tradition thundering with high-octane Gopher spirit! The University of Minnesota (UMN) Marching Band returns in full force for their 65th annual indoor concert, unleashing rousing stadium energy onto the Northrop stage with fall 2026 halftime favorites and, of course, a special appearance by Goldy Gopher.
Under the expert leadership of Dr. Betsy McCann and Dr. Emmanuel Rodriguez, the 320+ members of “The Pride of Minnesota” continue their legacy as the most visible heartbeat of our flagship campus, indispensably shaping the UMN student experience — just as they first shaped the now-iconic “Block M” in a formation during their inaugural 1910 halftime show.
