Reservation, Ticket, and Payment Policy

Thank you for your reservation! Please take a moment to read the policies below to ensure a great experience for everyone. 

RESERVATION

  • For Live Stream (Online) Performances
    • By submitting this form you are not guaranteed a reservation.
    • Once you submit your reservation you will receive an invoice within two business days of submitting.
    • If you do not receive an invoice within two business days of submitting, please contact Bridget Reddan at bsreddan@umn.edu or 612-625-1578.
    • You may add or remove tickets to your order or cancel your reservation up to 48 hours prior to the performance.
    • On the day of the event an email will be sent to you with instructions and an access code.
  • For Carlson Family Stage (In Person) Performances
    • By submitting this form you are not guaranteed a reservation.
    • Once you submit your reservation, we will check for availability of tickets to the performances you wish to reserve. If space is available, your order will be processed and you will receive an invoice within two business days of submitting.
    • If you do not receive an invoice within two business days of submitting, please contact Bridget Reddan at bsreddan@umn.edu or 612-625-1578.
    • You may add or remove seats or cancel your reservation up to 30 days prior to the performance. Once it is less than 30 days prior to the performance, you are responsible for payment for all seats in the reservation. Based on availability you are still able to add seats up until the day before the show.
    • Due to Covid-19 and the safety guidelines in place for Minnesota, seating is limited to a capacity of 250 at this time. After making a reservation, please let us know right away if you are no longer able to attend to allow space for others to come.

PAYMENT:

  • For Carlson Family Stage (In Person) Performances
    • Payment and final numbers are due 30 days prior to the performance date via check or credit card.
    • Reservations that are unpaid 30 days prior to the performance may be released at Northrop’s discretion to accommodate others.
    • All checks for the performance must arrive 30 days before the performance. If your check will not arrive by the deadline, a credit card payment is required.
  • For Live Stream (Online) Performances
    • Payment is due 48 hours prior to the performance date via check or credit card.
    • Refunds can be made up until 48 hours before the performance. Once the access code is sent we are unable to refund tickets.

TICKETS:

  • For Carlson Family Stage (In Person) Performances
    • Northrop does not provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets due to student absences or other reasons.
    • Your school group will be assigned seats by Northrop staff according to Minnesota safety guidelines.
    • Individual tickets are not printed. Your invoice will serve as proof of purchase. Please print your invoice and have it available on the day of the performance.
  • For Live Stream (Online) Performances
    • Northrop does not provide refunds or exchanges for unused tickets due to student absences or other reasons.
    • Access codes can be shared with students who are learning from home and with teachers who have reserved tickets for their classroom. Please do not share codes with teachers or individuals who have not made reservations.
