2019-20 Northrop Season

The Dance Series of Northrop’s 2019-20 Season comprises 10 renowned dance companies in performances ranging from the Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre’The Great Gatsby to Ballet West dancing George Balanchine’s famous Jewels. Contemporary performances include Mark Morris Dance Group’s Pepperland, renowned works by both Paul Taylor and Martha Graham dance companies, tap dance by Dorrance Dance, hip-hop-influenced pieces by A.I.M by Kyle Abraham, and international flavors from Teaċ Daṁsa, Black Grace, and The State Ballet of Georgia.

Northrop offers a number of subscriptions to experience as many of the Dance Series performances you would like, currently including, a Contemporary Series (seven performances), and a Subscriber's Choice Series, which lets you choose five or more dance events, combining ballet and contemporary works to mix and match. The Winter or Spring seasonal series are great samplers that might be the best solution for your calendar as well.
