Dinner. 5:30 p.m.

Join us for an intimate and delightful pre-show dinner with the artistic leaders of The Joffrey Ballet and Northrop Organist Greg Zelek before the performance. Enjoy great conversation and a delicious meal in the company of fellow supporters of the arts.

Dance. 7:30 p.m.

Be enthralled by The Joffrey Ballet: American Icons, a tribute celebrating four dance legends. Tickets to this soaring performance sold separately. Purchase your performance ticket to complete your evening.

Dessert. 9:30 p.m.

Cap-off the evening at an exclusive post-show reception. Raise a glass during a sparkling toast, savor delectable desserts and mingle with the dancers to savor the experience of a lifetime.

Event Information

Seating: Encore Gala ticket required (separate ticket required to attend the performance).
Building Open: Regular hours 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Please be prepared to show your performance ticket if you arrive after 5 p.m. or Encore Gala greeters will be available to direct you to Encore check in.
Building Entrances: Ground East, Ground West and Northrop Garage doors will be open, and the Northrop plaza doors will be closed.
Encore Check In: 5:15 p.m. in the Lindahl Founders Room on Level 2 of Northrop's West side.
Dinner Seating Begins: 5:30 p.m. in the Lindahl Founders Room.
Performance Begins: 7:30 p.m. on the Carlson Family Stage. Tickets to the performance of The Joffrey Ballet: American Icons are sold separately.
Performance Duration: Approximately 130 minutes including both a 15-minute and 20-minute intermission.
Drinks and Dessert Begin: Directly after the performance, at approximately 9:30 p.m., in Robert and Gail Buuck Memorial Hall on Ground Level 1.
