Box Office Assistant - Data & Reporting
Northrop is seeking a UMTE Box Office Assistant - Data and Reporting to co-manage the daily and event operations within the Box Offices at Northrop. This position participates in the creation of audience development tactics and the creation and implementation of services standards.This position is full-time, non-exempt, working 40 hours a week with a flexible schedule. Compensation: $43,100 - $49,100.
Northrop’s University of Minnesota Tickets and Events is seeking a Ticketing Accounting Manager whose responsibilities include managing all accounting procedures; creating checks and balances; organizing and maintaining financial records, documents procedures, and policies; making best-practices recommendations to management; reconciling accounts; preparing account schedules; monitoring fund balances; preparing status reports, and other related activities. Applicant’s schedule must allow flexibility with the ability to work some nights and weekends as required.

Graphic Design/Video Production Intern
The Graphic Design/Video Production Intern at Northrop assists the Marketing, Engagement, Education, Fundraising, Operations, Programming, and Ticketing teams with a variety of design and other projects that support the mission of Northrop while giving the intern opportunities to learn and explore new skills. The Graphic Design/Video Production Intern’s projects support the promotion of Northrop’s Dance, Music, and Film Series, plus Education, Engagement, and other Programming events, as well as Northrop’s building, residents, and outside promoters/renters. This position assists the Creative Director and Graphic Designer in creating dynamic graphics, videos, and visual content to help achieve Northrop and project goals. Applicants must be a current UMN undergraduate student. Hours range from 15-20 hrs/week with some availability needed on select weekends. Pay rate $15/hr.
