We offer a variety of part-time jobs and internships especially for U of M students to gain experience in all areas of arts management including Marketing, Development, Production, Ticketing, Engagement, Front of House (ushering), and Programming. Open positions are posted here and announced on our social media channels, and are available both during the academic year and year-round.
Northrop is looking for a Graduate Assistant to support the Campus and Community Engagement team. The Graduate Assistant supports Equity, Diversity, Inclusion and Accessibility initiatives, event programming and production for a student-focused event at Northrop, and the cultivation of new and better systems of communication and connection with community partners, among other responsibilities. Applicants should preferably have experience, knowledge, and dedication to EDI work in the arts, knowledge of analytical processes and applied research, and work experience using project management skills. Student Accounting Assistant
Northrop is looking for a Student Accounting Assistant to support the U of M Tickets and Events Office. The Student Accounting Assistant facilitates the daily reconciliation of ticket sales for business units, reconciles general ledgers, and completes other duties as assigned. This position offers the opportunity to build upon essential accounting and office skills. Must be a current U of M student enrolled at least half time, preferably registered as an accounting, finance, or math major with experience in basic accounting procedures.
