Romantica

Romantica, a Minneapolis and St. Paul based Americana and Folk band, is an Irish transplant to the upper Midwest. Lead singer Ben Kyle has been compared favorably to Jeff Tweedy of Wilco and American singer-songwriter Ryan Adams.

By mixing together elements of the folk, rock, and Americana genres, the band garnered national attention and local fanfare in the late 2000s before going on hiatus for family and other career opportunities. This year, however, Romantica will release a new album.
